My Interests

Academic:

Here at Notre Dame, I am majoring in economics and global affairs with a minor in data science. I am interested in research. A primary research interest of mine is sustainable development as it relates to long-term economic, social, and environmental solutions. I am also interested in economic policy and exploring the roles and capabilities of both the public and private sectors in global development.

Extracurricular:

Outside of academics, I enjoy music and spending time outdoors. I grew up in a very musical family and have been involved in musical performances since I was 3. I particularly enjoy vocal performance. I have sung in a choir since pre-school, and I did vocal competitions in high school. Today, I am lucky to sing with the Notre Dame Magnificat Choir. Beyond music, I love spending time in nature. As a Minnesotan, some of my favorite things to do, including going on hikes, swimming in lakes, cross-country skiing, and kayaking. I hope to find time this summer to explore more of the outdoors!
